Goal
Design a digital experience that streamlines the wholesale process, supports sustainable practices, and gives marketing and sales teams a sales tool they'd actually want to use.
Understanding the process
The sales representative's journey isn't linear, it's a continuous loop. Leading UX at DSR, I focused on this ongoing cycle, designing systems that support both the technical and human sides of selling.
Beyond functionality, I prioritized AI as an intelligent assistant to help sales teams work smarter, while accounting for the fact that every brand engages with technology differently. The solutions needed to be adaptable and context-aware, not one-size-fits-all.
target user groups
Touchtech's Digital Showroom is a SaaS app specifically designed for wholesale brands' sales and marketing teams.
Sales Representatives
Our main user group can be defined as the sales teams. The foreseen usage is during the selling period with their customers and together with a physical showroom.
Marketing Teams
Due to the nature of wholesale selling, the marketing team is foreseen to create 'template' presentations for the sales team to benefit from and copy.
Administrators & Managers
DSR not only offers a well-equipped selling tool but also allows management personnel to track sales and sales reps' performance and define customized settings for tenants.
Research & ıntervıews
Each feature and update in the DSR has been designed after conducting iterative interviews and feedback sessions.
Lack of 'inspiration'
After conducting the interviews, at all phases, what I found out is that the DSR should be an inspirational tool rather than a rigid sales tool.
The never-ending sales journey
Defining the beginning and end of a sales meeting is almost impossible. The sales reps initiate numerous phone calls and emails both before and after each physical meeting.
Different use purposes
From inspiring the customer to create 'outfits' and place an order, DSR has been used in multiple parts of a sales meeting and should be adaptive to all cases.

Creating walkthroughs & webinars
I created some short video tutorials to introduce the app to new users.

Crafting release notes
After every release, I publish a set of notes and GIFs to demonstrate what is new.

Supporting marketing team
At certain stages, I contribute to the marketing team with videos and voice-overs.
Project hıghlıghts
A brand new product detail page to inspire.
Redesigned from the ground up around real customer feedback and industry best practices, turning a functional page into one that actually sells the product.
Improved basket page for seamless order experience.
Every sales rep sells differently, so I rebuilt the basket to flex with them, supporting everything from single master orders to complex multi-door orders.
A free-form canvas for creating outfits.
A flexible, drag-and-drop space for merchandising and inspiration, letting reps mix products, add media, and jot notes to bring outfit ideas to life in real time.
Native mobile apps for scanning barcodes.
Built to let reps move through the showroom without breaking flow. Scan a sample, the right content appears instantly, bridging physical and digital.
A shareable link bridging showroom and customer.
The sales conversation doesn't end when the customer walks out. A shareable public link keeps them in the loop, turning a single meeting into an ongoing journey.
Settings page to control each and every view.
Built for a platform used by dozens of different brands, a clean settings hub that makes deep customization feel simple rather than overwhelming.
